We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's journey.

Order Processing

Our team processes orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. For made-to-order or customized pieces, please allow 3-5 additional business days for production before shipping.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Availability
Cash On Delivery is available only for orders shipping within Vietnam.

Order Value Limits
* Minimum order value: 100,000 VND
* Maximum order value: 9,000,000 VND

Additional Fees
A COD handling fee of 20,000 VND will be added to all COD orders.

Conditions
* COD is not available for pre-order or custom-made items.
* For addresses in remote areas, COD may not be available. Please check during checkout.
* We reserve the right to reject COD orders at our discretion.

Payment Process
When your order arrives, you will need to pay the full order amount plus any applicable COD fees to the delivery person before receiving your package.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package at any time by:

• Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Logging into your VKOSEND account and viewing your order history
• Contacting our customer care team with your order number

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days after your order confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer care team.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

VKOSEND has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have concerns about potential additional charges.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to ship to as many countries as possible, there are some locations where we cannot deliver due to shipping carrier limitations or international regulations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer care team before placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order shipping to a restricted location, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. VKOSEND is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer care team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
